RocketPimp: Minor build screen fix

A vehicle is now loaded by default when you haven't played the game before (unfortunately the vehicle resets when I make updates - apologies about that - will fix it sooner or later). Also decided to remove unnecessary logo effect on load screen since it just delays starting the game.
